When they could have made it longer. I was especially distressed to see that the producers left out the part when Harry and Krum found Mr. Crouch it the forbidden forest. It would have made for a great "creepy" moment. And I really don't like how the new dumbledore actor has leaned away from how the actually Dumbledore is in the book...
