They’ve announced that there will be another Star Trek movie. Now, the Next Generation crew were getting a little long in the tooth for action the last timeout, so at least there is some comfort in that they will not be in the new movie.
So who will be? No one knows. It will, apparently, be set 160 years BK (before Kirk), so imagine something a little Enterprise-esque, but not quite. Could be a good launching board for a new series, as Enterprise, the last onscreen adventure, was pulled earlier this year.
